Subrat Mishra has been a petroleum industry veteran with more than three decades of experience out of which 18 years of working with an oil major (HPCL), wherein he led technology enabled initiatives like petrol station automation, Retail Network Planning and Dynamic Pricing and CRM.

Before joining IRA, he was the Professional Services Partner with NCR Corporation and was responsible for large gas station automation roll outs projects for Indian petro majors. He successfully set up the Centre of Excellence for Petroleum Industry Solutions, in India, for India centric market.

Currently he runs the IRA business, for last 15 years, that is engaged in manufacturing / supplying petrol station infrastructure / equipment with a specific focus on bringing in new products to Indian forecourt. IRA has witnessed rapid growth and stability under his leadership.

He often speaks in industry forum.

Subrat holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is an MBA (PGDM) in marketing / finance from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He is also an APICS certified Supply Chain Management professional.

Mr. Sanjeev Jain is a seasoned senior executive with over 35 years of experience in the field of down stream petroleum industry in India & abroad. He started his career as an Officer Trainee with leading petroleum company, Indian Oil Corporation Limited and handled multiple key assignments during his career. Through his strategic planning & operational excellence, he led cross functional teams on PAN India basis to deliver desired results under challenging conditions.

As head of Retail Sales in Head Office, he was part of Industry Group that assisted Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas in policy formulation. Several key policy initiatives were rolled out during that period. He was also instrumental in identifying more than 20,000 potential new Retail Outlet sites across India that over the years have helped the company in retaining and improving the retail market share, a key parameter of performance.

Later on, he was head of Engineering & Projects vertical at IOCL working out of Headquarters in Mumbai, wherein a major emphasis was there to construct new modernized Oil Terminals across India. More than a dozen state of the art terminals were conceived, designed and put on track for commissioning. These new locations are now lifeline of the Marketing division for uninterrupted product supply on least cost basis.

Earlier in his career, he played a key role in setting up a green field down-stream petroleum marketing network in Mauritius in a very compressed time frame. This company, IOML is now a major player in Mauritius.

He has a flair for both marketing and project management, having led both the verticals for IOCL on all India basis and delivered several initiatives successfully. As Executive Director & State Head of Gujarat, Daman & Diu, spearheaded the Ministry of Petroleum’s flagship scheme “Ujjwala” which increased the LPG penetration in the state in double digit percentage points within one year time. He was also State Level Coordinator for the Petroleum Industry in the States of Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Gujarat & Union Territories of Daman & Diu.

He is a strong team player, innovative thinker and a leader who believes in developing next generation leaders to carry on the mantle. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Master of Business Administration

Ms. Sonal Desai is currently working as the CEO at Sushrut Hospital (a 100 bedded Charitable Trust Hospital). She is also an advisor to Prashanti Medical Trust (Sathya Sai Hospital). Prior to this she was working with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) as Executive Director-Refinery Finance with additional responsibility of Head-Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

She has a vast experience of 33 years comprising of handling not only pure finance and accounting functions, but also commercial and embedded functions resulted in a rare blend of leadership experience and functional competence. Her assignments provided her with unique experience and expertise in business areas such as Marketing, Operations, Projects and Refineries Management.

She is Qualified Chartered Accountant with an Executive Diploma in Hospital Administration from TISS. She has been a speaker at International Risk Conference and International Fraud Summit at various International Forum where she has addressed gatherings of various CxOs in UK, India and Europe.
