Mr. Ravi B. Goyal is the Owner and Director of Instrument Research Associates Pvt. Ltd. (IRA). After a brief stint as an engineer with DCM Computers, Mr. Ravi B. Goyal established a proprietary concern in the name of Advanced Graphic Systems in 1992 to market computer-aided textile designing software for Computer Design Inc, USA. Mr. Ravi B. Goyal, the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director, is at the helm in leading AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. (AGSTTL) to the position of a market leader in the business of payment services.

Mr. Subrat Mishra has been a petroleum industry veteran with more than 26 years of total experience, out of which 18 years of working with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited wherein he led technology enabled initiatives like petrol station automation, loyalty cards, Retail Network Planning, Dynamic Pricing and CRM. Before joining IRA , he was the Professional Services Partner with NCR Corporation and was responsible for large automation roll outs for Indian petro majors. He also was instrumental in setting up the Petroleum Centre of Excellence in India.

Currently he runs IRA (an AGS Group Company) business that is engaged in making petrol station infrastructure / accessories with a specific focus on bringing in new products to Indian markets in this space. IRA has witnessed rapid growth and stability under his leadership.

Subrat holds a BE degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA (PGDM) in marketing / finance from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
